Warranty Policy

General Warranty Terms

• Original Invoice Required: A valid TygerClaw invoice is required for all warranty claims.
• Defective Products Only: Only products that are verified as defective by our technicians will be accepted for warranty service.
• No Warranty for Physical Damage: Items that are physically damaged will not be accepted under the warranty policy.
• RMA Process: If a product is found defective, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form must be completed before sending the item to the manufacturer for service. Depending on the manufacturer’s policy, the item may be repaired or replaced, which can take 2 to 10 weeks. The RMA form serves as proof of warranty service, and it is the customer’s responsibility to keep it safe.
• No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges are permitted.
• Store Credit Restocking Fee: If an item is returned for store credit, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Limited Warranty

TygerClaw products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which guarantees that products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase.

If a product is deemed defective during the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace it at no charge for labor (at the manufacturer’s discretion) within a reasonable timeframe.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Software issues, firmware modifications, or third-party alterations.
• Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or tampering.
• Insufficient care, unauthorized repairs, or any other external factors beyond TygerClaw’s control.
• Issues arising from incorrect installation or unapproved modifications.

• TygerClaw is not responsible for any loss, damage, or improper use of its products.
• Under no circumstances shall TygerClaw be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business) arising from product misuse.
• The end-user is responsible for ensuring proper use of all purchased products in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Terms of Use & Declaration of Intent

By purchasing and using TygerClaw products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Certain products may have specific installation and usage guidelines that must be followed.
• The buyer understands that unauthorized modifications, misuse, or non-compliance with manufacturer instructions may void the warranty.
• The user agrees to use TygerClaw products only in lawful and intended ways and assumes responsibility for proper installation and maintenance.
