Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping method selected for your order. Unless otherwise specified, shipping and handling charges apply to all orders.

If your order requires multiple shipments due to stock availability or packaging needs, shipping and handling fees for the entire order will be charged when the first item is shipped. We charge only once for shipping and handling per order.

Shipping Methods

TygerClaw primarily ships via UPS Worldship, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. We reserve the right to switch to an alternate carrier without prior notice if it ensures timely delivery.

Shipping Locations

We ship from our Canadian warehouse and also offer drop shipping for select special-order items.

Processing Time

• Orders undergo a thorough review by our payment verification team to ensure accuracy and security.
• Credit card processing may take up to 3 business days, depending on the details provided by the customer.
• In some cases, voice confirmation may be required for payment verification.
• If your order is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
• Backordered items will be shipped once inventory is restocked in our warehouse.

Estimated Shipping Time

• UPS Ground: 3 - 8 Business Days
• UPS Express: 2 - 3 Business Days

Total Delivery Time

The total time for delivery includes:

1. Payment Authorization & Order Processing: Up to 3 business days
2. Transit Time: 2 - 8 business days, depending on the shipping method

For in-stock items, delivery can range from 24 hours to 10 days depending on payment processing and shipping location.
